Carriage House Suites opened in September 2007 as Lafayette's first luxury boutique hotel.

 

Carriage House Suites Grand Opening was attended by local and state dignitaries including Joey Durel and Mitch Landrieu. 

 

Carriage House at River Ranch was designed by award-winning architect Steve Oubre, with interior finishes selected by Monique Breax, Posh Interiors.

 

Carriage House offers only luxury residence and hotel experience in Acadiana.  Twenty-four hour service staff, high tech security, designated covered parking, are only some of the services available to guests and residents.

 

Carriage House Condominiums and Suites the first mixed-use hotel project in Lafayette.  The Carriage House is home to 37 unique condominiums, 21 luxury hotel suites, extended stay condominiums and upscale commercial businesses.
